Returns
Please note Order Numbers are required to process returned packages.
If you are not happy with your item(s), you may return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt, provided that item(s) are in the original condition, in the original packaging and with tags intact.
We are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn, washed, are not in the original condition or if their security tag has been removed. The item(s) must be free of any evidence of stains or Oduors. Failure to comply will result in goods being returned to you.
How to return
Our returns policy is 14 days from the date you receive your order. Please allow us up to14 days to process your return from the date of delivery, you will be emailed once refunded.
Please note that we do not offer free returns. To process your return, please fill in your returns order form with your order confirmation details.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so please make sure they are packaged well in order to avoid any damage during transit back to us.
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, we recommend you use Royal Mail (tracked) to return any orders.
Reality Wear Ltd will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 14 working days of receiving the returned item.

We will not accept any returns hand-delivered to the above premises. All must be sent via post.
When items are returned to us outside of this time period, we reserve the right to issue a credit note or return the item(s) to you.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges.
Faulty Items
In the event that you receive an incorrect or faulty order/damaged, please contact us info@weareality.com with your order number and as much information as possible regarding the fault, including photographs.
Please note, only manufacturing faults will be considered, and we are unable to send replacements for faulty items.
